Meditation & Mindset for Wellbeing
The title really says it all - this talk brings together how mindset and meditation can have a powerful effect on our overall well-being, not just physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually too.
Having practised various self development and self healing techniques and modalities since 1998, Sharon has gained considerable knowledge and wisdom in this area. She includes meditation in her daily practice and will share some of her knowledge into the various ways to meditate and how each one can assist in different ways.
Sharon will explain how energy follows thought and how what you think can affect what you are feeling in any given moment. You will also have the opportunity to experience a short meditation and be given a few tips and techniques on how to be in charge of your mindset so that you can ultimately feel better with any situation you find yourself in.
This talk is usually around 1hour - which includes time for a short meditation and follow up questions/sharing of experiences.
This talk can be expanded into a workshop which would include further meditations, plus uncovering the shadow self and working with various empowerment techniques, including the creation of powerful affirmations.
