We are unable to guarantee delivery times or dates and we are not liable for any expense or inconvenience you may incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.


If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the UK, be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes by the destination country. You are responsible for paying these fees, so check with your local customs office before buying. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods


If the goods you receive from us are damaged or faulty, you have legal rights and remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will assess whether the goods are indeed damaged or faulty. If we determine that the goods are indeed damaged or faulty, we will offer you the following options:

We will bear the reasonable cost of returning damaged or faulty goods. Please follow our return instructions to ensure that you do not incur any unnecessary expenses.


Please note that if the goods are found not to be damaged or faulty, or if they have been mishandled or used inappropriately, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the matter further.

Right to Cancel

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.


To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement sent by email to service@mysticmouse.com. You must include the following information:

 

  • Your Name and Address as they appear on your original order.

  • The date your order was placed.

  • Your order number.


Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel this contract and return the Goods as described below, we will reimburse all payments received from you relating to the order, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.


Return of Goods: The Goods must be returned in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price and ‘as new’ condition. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We have no obligation to refund to you the cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.
